## Installation

## Usage

#### layouts() Returns a list of BLAS memory layouts.

var out = layouts();
// e.g., returns [ 'row-major', 'column-major' ]

The output array contains the following layouts: - row-major: row-major (C-style) order. - column-major: column-major (Fortran-style) order.
